    So how do we disable this commercial data protection ? You know what ? Everything was perfect, I had my history and plugin button then I decided to sign out of Edge and when I signed in again, I was on that protection and lost my history. This is insane. I want my history back LOL !

    Hello all,

    I have the same issue, but I found this article: When commercial data protection is enabled, Copilot doesn't support the chat history feature. It doesn't retain chat prompts or responses.

    Dealing with the same issue for several weeks now, my Copilot chat history is completely gone. There isn't even a link to it listed in the Kebab menu. So far, no response of any kind from MICROSOFT Support. Totally unacceptable considering what we are paying for a tool that's supposed to enhanced productivity.

    I've got the same problem and I'm using a personal account but still I can't retrieve some of my chat histories some of them are available some are not and no clue how to find them.

    I have tried CoPilot on both windows and Android app. I've cleared cache, log out and login but nothing happened and that chat was important to me so I really need to retrieve it.
