The chat history of Copilot has disappeared.

What does the Chat History Icon look like? Don't see it when I open the free version of co-pilot.

NOTE: Non-Admin users of the Copilot version with commercial data protection do NOT get chat history / conversation history / topic history.

Your admin can change this, but they probably selected to have the data protection because of company policy and/or liability protection.

For these cases, I recommend downloading the individual responses that were helpful; unfortunately, you cannot

download a whole thread at once. A workaround is to press ctrl +A to select all, then copy/paste into a doc if you don't care about formatting.

open your Microsoft 365 Admin portal - active users-affected user-licences and apps- commericial data protection for microsoft copilot !

then try to login in private window and test it!

I didn't do it till now because i am caring of Commericial Data Protection ! let me now if it worked !!

Clearing your browsing data and cookies
Signing out and signing in again to your Copilot account

So, is your personal account a work or school account without you knowing it ?
