It looks like I have the Microsoft 365 Co-pilot app. All my chats have disappeared. I have no Chat retrieval button on the Co-pilot screen--just an unclickable title in the left bar that says "Conversations" Only 5 are listed from different times but there are more than 20 that should be showing. How do I retrieve them?
if you were signed into your Microsoft account when you were using co-pilot. try close the window and sign back in again, or close and re-open, that worked for me. There is no history button, it automatically shows up when you sign back in.
I lost the chat and summaries Copilot help me with my story, how can I see again
My workaround is not to use Copilot.
"Chat History" with Copilot is an utter and complete JOKE. Only one thing is guaranteed with that... It WILL be lost at some point. I've had to regularly "Copy All" and past the markdown in external text files. It's not ideal because most of the formatting is lost, but it's better than relying on Microsoft's **** implementation.
