    I have the same issue. I can access the chat history when I use Copilot in edge. But when I use the Copilot App installed on my computer as well as Phone, I do not see anything. Even the Menu has disappeared. Incidentally, it was working fine in the previous week. I am logging in with the same credentials in Edge; my Computer and my Phone. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app several times also but did not work.

    The chat history of my Copilot has disappeared, but I did not delete them.

    I keep having this happen.

    Therefore I email myself a link and when the work “chat” vanishes into the ether, I click on the email link and it returns in a browser.

    I then paste it into Word.

    Where is the history button that I keep reading exists - it is not in any Copilot window I open. I am using Copilot M365 - where do I find my history?
