As i can't see any tool bar in notebook but it's there in the copilot tab

It is stating
No Title but there are dates associated with each link that says 'No Title.
This is a night mare and I feel violated. All that work for nothing. Gone.
I've tried to upload a screen shot 3 times and it says it fails to load. edit: FINALLY loaded.

2024-06-20T18:13:21+00:00 I did not do any of those steps listed above, but my missing chat history button (along with the missing copilot conversation style controls, which also vanished this morning) returned automagically a few minutes ago. No, I have no clue as to why!
