I noticed my goal 200 robux goal was removed, and when I searched it up it was gone, I was wondering if it has been removed or if it was just me since I have been having quite a few issues with rewards recently.

    Hello,ani Tipo

Welcome to posting in the Microsoft Community.

From your description, it is likely that your problem is related to the account settings or reward policy adjustments of Microsoft Rewards.

On the one hand, this may be related to your account. If you have redeemed this product before, the reward target may change due to policy adaptation, and some rewards may be temporarily removed.

On the other hand, the disappearance of the Robux reward target may also be due to Microsoft Rewards adjusting or removing it. Microsoft often updates its reward programs based on market demand and time. Specific rewards may be removed due to policy changes, regional restrictions, or platform updates. It is also possible that the reward is temporarily no longer open to all users, but is limited to a specific group.

I see that you may have other problems with the use of Rewards. Don't worry, Microsoft provides dedicated technical support for such issues. You can create a support ticket with the Microsoft Rewards team by visiting https://rewards.bing.com/support . When submitting a ticket, please make sure you are logged in with the account you need support for(unless your account is no longer available, consider switching to a different account)and provide as much information as possible to submit the issue, then please be patient after submitting as this is a very small team so there are a lot of users in the queue.

    Best Regards,

    Rota|Microsoft Community Support Specialist
