The original way to get it has in fact been removed, but you can still get it by getting a Microsoft gift card with value higher than $5.99 and searching Robux on Microsoft shop.

just search Microsoft rewards robux and you will find it.
same thing happened to me I had just gotten 3000 points just to be disappointed to see that it said I needed 6000!
