Error redeeming reward with points ("There’s an issue with your account or order Please contact Microsoft Rewards customer support for assistance.")

Hi,

I've an issue in that when trying to redeem reward points, it states the above. I'm not sure why this is. I have read that accounts can be suspended, but I've had this account for years and followed the t&C's.

Any advice?

    Good Day Bad boy6 Happy Thanksgiving:

    I do not have much of any replies for myself any more or possibly any longer. My computer went down 3 weeks ago & I have some assistance to get into my email However I'm not on my computer to be searching Bing to be gaining points much less Redeeming them any more. Guess I have my big world of little concerns now with my computer with all the updates & upgrades it finally shut off & it does not reboot or turn on long enough to have any image on the screen, actually there is no screen. Someone searched Microsoft & Windows & with all the software updates I'm to have a "professional" technician look at my laptop or send it to the Original manufacture for them to fix the software problems on my computer from Microsoft, Windows, Bing & Google Chrome.

    Its been a world of wonder without my computer & I do Sincerely miss it-my other friend is currently out of Service & a bit stuck being disabled not able to travel to get my computer fixed.

    You are quite welcome in the offered assistance. Yes! email or nothing & Microsoft will eventually get it back to the Original aspect of email for Redeemed Points Code. They can also read this & figure out what they have done to all of us in their work, employment, income, technology & realize we do not all live with the telephone since it can get like my computer the other day.

    Only if you can give me a phone number that will set up an email to get my codes. Otherwise sorry I just will not do business that way. For me it's email or nothing. Thank You for the offer.

    Good Day Robert; How are you?

    I feel really stupid in seeking Microsoft assistance since they want me to use a text message cell phone, I do not have one & they have fixed it so I can not Redeem my points (not so stupid in that I am). Yeh! they would send me an email with the Code & I could claim it & get my Gift card-not any more & I do not know why. I also found out Family can no longer give me their Points since Microsoft eliminated that Program as well. You can use the number I did & I can send you the Codes Robert so you can Redeem your Points. I can not fix or change Microsoft yet I offer this phone # for you to Redeem your points, should you not mind the assistance for you to Enjoy your points. Enjoy your day.
