I was trying to complete the search challenge on Microsoft Rewards and it's not counting even it only counting 20 points only both pc search and Mobile search . How do I fix this?

When I search and go to collect points my account doesn't show that points have been collected or not
Wow so many are having the same problem. There isn’t much we can do. We just have to wait for them to finish working on the app. I wish they would at least answer us back. Send us an email and let us know what they’re doing to the app. Why isn’t the search and earn working I totally agree. It’s frustrating, I’ve had this problem now close to losing points and days
