How to fix that Microsoft reward search point not counting

I was trying to complete the search challenge on Microsoft Rewards and it's not counting even it only counting 20 points only both pc search and Mobile search . How do I fix this?

    I think you have to start searching before you complete any of the daily activities on the rewards website. That's how I have no cooldown. But I don't know though. It might be different for people but that's how I get around it.

    Same here. Really annoying as I am near my goal but it is not counting my searches. Not even the daily set 😡

    Same issues here for 3 days, my points. Earned today shows 120 on dashboard of rewards site but nothing earned.
