How to fix that Microsoft reward search point not counting

this does not work, and keep doing that, had several search where however many times (and claim is start earning after third search in the category) you do a search it never completes and you don't get your points, just recently the music lyrics one, the destination one I've had several times, never completes (as is currently the case) and the job search one also currently showing and not completing.

Also does not matter how many times you report the situation and tell them their stock solution is useless they clearly have no desire to get this fixed.

Has anyone else have the bonus quiz as either one element of streak completion for the day or elsewhere (or as I've had, both at the same time) say it has awarded you the 30 points and does not (and therefore for the streak, fail to complete that days streak item)?

yeah i have the same problem i have completed the 30 point quiz like 4 times now and it still wont give me points AND when i use the search browser i wont get any points. now the only way to get points is the small "challenges" they give you for like 10-5 points AND i have a 200 point coupon i wont be able to use because it expires the 15.

There is (in UK) a sweepstake running, I used my 200point coupon to enter that!

The desktop search wasn't working on Edge for me, but simply doing it in Chrome fixed that.

Here's what I did today to workaround on the mobile search:

1. On phone, open Chrome browser.
2. Go to Bing and sign in.
3. Search in "address" box right at the top of the screen, not in the standard Bing search box.
4. Use the suggested searches or write your own search - any sort of number of letter code seems to detected immediately now and doesn't count for points.

I was trying to complete the search challenge on Microsoft Rewards and it's not counting even it only counting 20 points only both pc search and Mobile search . How do I fix this?

Same. This is so crazy. How is Microsoft sleeping on this?
