How to fix that Microsoft reward search point not counting

I was trying to complete the search challenge on Microsoft Rewards and it's not counting even it only counting 20 points only both pc search and Mobile search . How do I fix this?

    Yes i have searched all day. when i get home, i realized that i only have 5 points. what the heck?
