How to fix that Microsoft reward search point not counting

I was trying to complete the search challenge on Microsoft Rewards and it's not counting even it only counting 20 points only both pc search and Mobile search . How do I fix this?

    Don't use Microsoft points to buy anything

    I tried buying game pass with points no results!

    I tried buying mine craft coins for my grandkids!

    same thing nothing, Microsoft points are a sham

    they give them to us not like real money, that they can

    get into trouble if they don't deliver products. Help bots are a joke

    They just try to get us to spend more money. This is from a company

    that has a stock that cost over four hundred dollars. Wow!

    I use microsoft points to redeem for xbox gift cards all the time. Works for me. I use them to rent movies.
