How to fix that Microsoft reward search point not counting

I was trying to complete the search challenge on Microsoft Rewards and it's not counting even it only counting 20 points only both pc search and Mobile search . How do I fix this?

    I was trying to complete my daily points but while I was searching points doesn't apply

    After 3 or 4 searchs, Microsoft rewards not working on search. I have cleared chache and relogon account but still same problem.

    for the past two days, ive been unable to get more than 20 search points on pc, and no more than 35 on mobile. im trying to get the overwatch octopus lucio skin before it disappears, just give me my points! unique searches mean nothing, clicking links does nothing, im capped at 20 points per day as opposed to the usual 150 for searches

    Now searching doesn't increase the points. Is there a limit like you can only get points from searching 30 stuffs, and after that, you can't and you gotta wait for next day?

    This didn't work, the searching activities didn't work, and even the daily quizzes for 30 points say I didn't do them and didn't give me my points.
