I was trying to complete the search challenge on Microsoft Rewards and it's not counting even it only counting 20 points only both pc search and Mobile search . How do I fix this?

Yeah, they don't care, and they're definitely aware. Been this way for countless years and keeps getting worse. So sick of the stress they cause. 👎👺
I have been ripped off since bing started. No 1 helps other than the same useless "tips" year after year. I hate bing so much! I just want to save enough to buy my kids an XBOX sX but yet again I won't have enough for Xmas. CS never answers tickets.
15 mn. COOL DOWN HELL for 1 account. I'm lucky if I get 1-4 searches each time. They just don't care. I have tried all of the useless tips online so many times and nothing works.
3 people in our house each have ONE account. It happens to them too but my acc. rarely works correctly in comparison. It's disgusting to see corps. screwing their loyal customers all the time.

And now I'm feeling like I just wasn't patient enough and unkind again, or that there is someone oiling the squeaky wheels lol. Or maybe it was just growing pain glitches in rolling out the new and improved version I found this morning. They have combined Bing Check-In and Search 3 Times Daily collection tasks into the same place in both the Bing app and my browser Bing page. Used to be I had to go to both, each for one. And the Bing app check-in no longer builds to a "surprise" point award but now counts to the Search 3 Times collection of puzzle pieces for the 1000 point bonus. I think that's a major improvement in both ways. And an extra bonus is that the time-out on searches counting after 4 seems to be turned off again. No 15 minute (the timeout for me anyway) wait after 4 searches to do 4 more searches cycle. On mobile at least. So, OK, grudgingly, kudos MS, and thanks.
Haven't checked PC yet but probably ok there again now too, I'll pop back and edit this post to confirm later.
EDIT : Update : As anticipated it is working smoothly for PC searches now too. Although somewhere on the way back here apparently I got randomly signed out again so that might still be a thing. And I noticed that the Bonus PC searches (4 searches daily for 12 points) seems to be gone, sorta, the icon is still there but now it shows 0/0 searches. So I guess it's turned off but they left the icon as ? ? ? a reminder ? missed in tidying code ? a place-holder for some future use ? Minor issue.
Oh yeah, I had that "you were in a jurisdiction outside of your home" searches not counting idiocy. I'd forgotten ! I rarely travel, and haven't been out of country in decades. In my account it showed I was in Texas, at the same time my own IP ping showed me right here at home NOT in the USA at all. Pure idiocy. Would they admit they screwed up ? HA ! Never. Either their system was messed up or they were being hacked. But they did take credit for fixing it AFTER I jumped through their hoops to submit a ticket and "graciously" allowed me a "one time" adjustment to restore my streak count out of the goodness of their Heart(tm) to correct it being broken by THEIR screw up. Funny thing, not long after that they came up with the "Streak Protection" thing, to help us out because sometimes life gets busy and we miss a day... riiight. Still at least that might actually help users who do miss a day, especially when it's because of MS "bug".
