How to fix that Microsoft reward search point not counting

I was trying to complete the search challenge on Microsoft Rewards and it's not counting even it only counting 20 points only both pc search and Mobile search . How do I fix this?

    None of your tips are helpful. Now this morning i don't even get points for my first search on either my iphone or ipad. I have sent requests before and not once have i ever received and answer back. I have reset, cleared, turn the phone and ipad off basically done everything and nothing works. It really isn’t worth the time trying anymore as I have better things to do with my time

    No, not helpful at all. Each time I have "cleared my cache and cookies" on advice from MS tech support - my consecutive day count goes to 0 - when I reported that to MS staff - I never heard back.

    What I've found is you can't just plow through searches anymore. You have to do a search, and then go into one of the links. On your next search you'll get your points. Your first points won't show up until after you do this three times. As before your searches need to each be unique, and now the link you go into needs to be as well. Also if you don't let the link page load in a little it won't count. The whole process has been really slowed down, and is extremely annoying now.

    I have signed out and back in. I have cleared cookies. This hasn't worked for several days. I have tried my tablet and Crome.
