I was trying to complete the search challenge on Microsoft Rewards and it's not counting even it only counting 20 points only both pc search and Mobile search . How do I fix this?

I use microsoft points to redeem for xbox gift cards all the time. Works for me. I use them to rent movies.

they give them to us not like real money, that they can
