I was trying to complete the search challenge on Microsoft Rewards and it's not counting even it only counting 20 points only both pc search and Mobile search . How do I fix this?

Why do your best customers have to fix your faults? This program has been glitchy since its inception and that just continues. It runs smoothly for short periods of time and then simply stops working. This is especially annoying when someone's search "streak" gets reset at the fault of your ai/programming.
... Also, mobile searches are increasingly problematic. It appears that about 1 in 20 searches actually count toward the search credit. This is a recent issue for me and has nothing to do with my phone's cache. Also, the increase in ads in the "news" search line is disturbing. Please stop selling for your advertisers and start catering to your customers.
What I've found is you can't just plow through searches anymore. You have to do a search, and then go into one of the links. On your next search you'll get your points. Your first points won't show up until after you do this three times. As before your searches need to each be unique, and now the link you go into needs to be as well. Also if you don't let the link page load in a little it won't count. The whole process has been really slowed down, and is extremely annoying now.
I have signed out and back in. I have cleared cookies. This hasn't worked for several days. I have tried my tablet and Crome.
