FEELING SYMPTONS, 10 POINTS. CAN ANYONE DO THIS?

More Activities, Feeling Symptoms, 10 Points. I've tried searching the symptoms of every disease known to man and beast, tried on my laptop and my phone. It's the one task I cannot complete and it's as irritating as a single whisker missed when shaving - disproportionately infuriating.

I contacted Microsoft Rewards and they assured me they'd fixed it and my streak wasn't broken. It wasn't fixed and it wasn't part of the Daily Set, so it didn't affect my steak - plus there's streak protection so, even if it had been part of the Daily Set my streak would have been fine. It's hard to fathom how customer support could have gotten so much wrong in so few words.

This is not the first time that I've been unable to complete this same activity and I'm guessing that I am not alone in feeling fed up of this particular task. Anyone else out there experiencing a similar problem with this specific, FEELING SYMPTOMS, task?

    I received the exact same reply.

    I replied

    "Please advise exactly what I should I write in the search just to prove it can actually be done. 10 points works out at less than 1p so asking for multiple screenshots just seemed like a massive waste of time".

    I've also asked that they make up any lost points.

    If they don't I'm swapping to another search engine and sacrificing a £5 Amazon voucher every 4 or 5 weeks.

    It's not worth the frustration.

    How do reach out to support? I will go to the length of sharing screenshots. I know it’s only 10 points, but when I’m fairly OCD about stuff, this annoys the hell out of me

    Scroll to bottom of Microsoft Rewards homepage. At very bottom, on left, you'll see HELP WITH MICROSOFT REWARDS.

    Then 3 options. Bottom option is CONTACT MICROSOFT REWARDS SUPPORT.

    Click on that and you'll be shown a page asking what help you need.

    They're quick to respond but it seems more of an **** covering exercise than any genuine wish to be helpful.

    Try to us all informed.

    We probably all are a bit OCD to put up with this type of thing.
