Why is 200 robux option isn't available in microsoft rewards?

I have redeemed the 100 option and the 200 option long ago and i wanted to redeem the 200 robux option but it says its unavailable and the 100 robux is also unavailable .

    what state are you in? i dont see all the options for me, i only see microsoft and xbox gift cards. Would it still work for me if i put in my points for a xbox gift card or a microsoft one? (idk which one to pick)
