what is the reason of adding cooldown in my microsoft rewards

i have never done any cheat.

i have never used vpn or auto searcher.

then what is the reason behind the cooldown timer.

it is being so unusual to me.

I'm only thinking of this now. Besides not seeing that you are actively earning points, is there somewhere on the Rewards Dashboard or anywhere else, showing we are being punished for our non-existent crimes?

I think i am on a cooldown but there is no messages to suggest that i am? Many years of doing the same thing and nothing and now it seems i can only search 3 times in 15 minutes. Do they not tell you if you are on cooldown?
