what is the reason of adding cooldown in my microsoft rewards

This cool down bull is back again. Not the 1st time. 👺

4 days now, and I'm punished for no reason. 2 family members use this garbage and are usually ok, although they have been screwed numerous times in the past.

My acc. gets screwed all the time. I actually read a lot of news stories and I always type in normal searches every day. Every time my points get high this happens.

I contacted support (just like I did the last 200 times this has happened) and no1 ever responds. 3-4 searches, then wait 30-60 mins., rinse and repeat. I'm trying to save up to buy a Series X upgrade for my child. I guess I won't be able to upgrade her console using M$ points.

😑Not 1 of the regular shpeal tips ever work.

Cold rebooting, clearing cookies ,cache, and history, uninstalling /reinstalling, signing out/in, resetting router/modem, etc. etc. It's clearly my acc. since every1 else can get theirs to work on the same network. We even tried their accounts on my devices to test it and theirs will work.

Bing is the worst. ❌👎

MICROSOFT: OUR BROWSER IS THE FASTEST ON THE MARKET. OUR SEARCH ENGINE IS TOO!!

USERS: Yeah, but if we collect rewards points, we can only do 3 searches every 15 minutes. It's like building a Super-Fast Porsche and then limiting the 0 to 60 mph time to an hour. This is insanely DUMB!! MS EXECS need to get psych tests every 5 minutes to see if they're still living on planet earth and haven't "Gone Troppo" or are secretly working for Google.

It’s completely temperamental. And suppport does absolutely nothing when it’s triggered for no reason. Edge is uninstalled from my phone. I only use bing on phone/xbox and edge on laptop now to get my 9 points and more on days it is behaving. This is the reward we get for being loyal users I’m not buying it. Welcome back chrome and other search engines.
