what is the reason of adding cooldown in my microsoft rewards

There was a week where I was able to do all of my mobile and PC searches with the normal five seconds between them. Now it's back to limiting my PC to three or four (that is very inconsistent, which makes no sense) and my mobile searches basically don't count at all anymore.

Those were the days. My mobile won't work unless all of my PC searches are done first. Which takes all day and night. Most of time my phone searches won't work at all. 😑

My account has been on a 15 mn. COOL DOWN. per1-3 searches for nearly 3 months. It happens a lot but this is BS. M$ CS does nothing. They never bother to answer my tickets. I have been with bing since it started but they treat me like dirt. They know what they're doing and have never fixed anything. Bing is the joke of the internet.👎👺

More like 99% Incorrect, this cool down timer was a stupid idea from the minute it was rolled out and should have been rolled back in not to mention providing feedback doesn't do anything. It's also inconsistant, sometimes it's on and sometimes it's off.

for me it has a cooldown of 30 - 20 minutes but for my friend it works completely fine can someone please help me

More points are required to redeem from 91000 to 95000 with no notice.
