Does not work anymore half the time.
What is happening with Rewards?!

I was doing my daily searches on my computer. I finished 30 searches, which means I should have 150 points. When I checked, I only got 35. I also discovered that Microsoft removed the Edge reward points. On my rewards page, there's no circle for edge. And on my phone, it says 0/0 for Edge. So is Microsoft trying to lower opportunities or is this just a bug? Or maybe this is because of spam searches? It is for everyone or just me. This really has me frustrated and I need answers.

2023-12-13T07:07:05+00:00 It's horrible now. They're punishing those of us who diligently use their Bing application, Rewards application, and searches, daily. As of the last 24 hours, I can't even pull more than 15 points at a time. I have to wait hours to be able to accrue points again, from searches.
Microsoft, it's time to reverse this garbage.
Your Game Pass prices are on the rise. We're all taking a huge cut.
Many of us just won't purchase Game Pass anymore. Time to pull out the PS5.

2023-12-13T11:48:33+00:00 It's happening to me also. Same things as you described. Looks as if corporate greed has once again taken over. I switched to Bing a few years ago primarily because of the points & rewards program, however, if they are going to start playing games, I'll go back to Google exclusively.

2023-12-13T16:19:55+00:00 I have submitted several tickets about issues on mobile and on PC and I get no response at all. Microsoft points have changed. They lowered the amount and added delays to your searches to get any credit. The program has become barely worth doing anymore. They took away the edge bonus which is great because Edge is a piece of sh##. Now they have lowered the points and xbox quest numbers so low it hardly makes spending the time worth it. People should abandon Edge and BING and start using the other really great browsers available out there. And submitting a ticket is the same as writing a letter and folding it up really small and burying it in the back yard. No response either way.
