What is happening with Rewards?!

I was doing my daily searches on my computer. I finished 30 searches, which means I should have 150 points. When I checked, I only got 35. I also discovered that Microsoft removed the Edge reward points. On my rewards page, there's no circle for edge. And on my phone, it says 0/0 for Edge. So is Microsoft trying to lower opportunities or is this just a bug? Or maybe this is because of spam searches? It is for everyone or just me. This really has me frustrated and I need answers.

    Typical Microsoft. Redeem too much, and they cry foul. They actually punish us for using their rewards program.

    Hi Jacob,

    Make sure extensions are on for Microsoft.

    Go to settings, extensions, manage extensions and make sure Microsoft Rewards and Bing are on.

    Then restart your computer.

    This worked for me, so I hope it does for you

    Mám problémy s tím, že vyhledávání Microsoft Rewards nezobrazuje nebo nepřepisuje +3 bodi více dokončených aktivit, i když jsem je provedl.

    I have been with Microsoft Programs since 1998. Been very happy however the email switch from MSN.COM to outlook.com is confusing . Granted computer access was not available to me until the late 1990's but I have done a good job of catching up.

    One of the entertaining and learning options with Microsoft is the Rewards Program.

    Why all of the recent changes and confusion making it more work to use than fun?

    I miss my daily adventure with the Rewards program and most certainly miss the points which when I reach my goal of 5,250 points offers me a $5.00 gift card to Amazon

    For us Seniors, that is a big reward. It is a help toward purchasing

    supplies and gift from Amazon.

    Please Microsoft, this is the season of giving, please once again, give back your followers who use Microsoft Rewards as well as your followers who purchase many of your fee based services , the happy joy the rewards program once was.
