I was doing my daily searches on my computer. I finished 30 searches, which means I should have 150 points. When I checked, I only got 35. I also discovered that Microsoft removed the Edge reward points. On my rewards page, there's no circle for edge. And on my phone, it says 0/0 for Edge. So is Microsoft trying to lower opportunities or is this just a bug? Or maybe this is because of spam searches? It is for everyone or just me. This really has me frustrated and I need answers.

Standard response they're sending everyone. They don't offer to make the correction and award points. This is no solution.
Good day Jacob, thanks for your question. I am glad to be able to provide assistance to you today. My apologies on this as there are other users reporting of the same problem and for this I would suggest to monitor it for a bit more of time as there might be an issue on the system or server that is interfering with this one but if it will still be same later today then you can head over to the link below to check it directly with the MS Rewards Support as they have information and access to provide on what transpired on the issue that you and the others have encountered (submitting a report or feedback is important so that the rewards team will be totally aware of this issue) and my apologies again as this is a user to user forum and therefore we do not have inside access to be able to cross check this from our end.

I would just like it to work, period. Right now, my searches don't even show up as points earned, or completion of challenges. It has to be a bug in the MS system. All I can say is, I've given up on searches for awhile until they fix this.
MS, this is a bad joke.
It's because you can only do four searches that count then you have to wait over 15 minutes. What used to take 10 minutes with coffee now has to be spread out over the course of the entire day and thought about when it should be forgotten. This rewards program is trash now and hopefully everyone will join me in cashing out points and removing anything Microsoft related from your phone and PC
