What is happening with Rewards?!

I was doing my daily searches on my computer. I finished 30 searches, which means I should have 150 points. When I checked, I only got 35. I also discovered that Microsoft removed the Edge reward points. On my rewards page, there's no circle for edge. And on my phone, it says 0/0 for Edge. So is Microsoft trying to lower opportunities or is this just a bug? Or maybe this is because of spam searches? It is for everyone or just me. This really has me frustrated and I need answers.

    Not sure about everyone else, but PC or mobile I can only do 4 counting searches, then nothing counts for upwards of one hour. Then 4 more count. Now instead of getting this done during breakfast I would have to think about it 10 times a day throughout the day to go back and get points. Like someone else said as soon as this program is over it's Google engine, Bing gone.

    I search "Microsoft rewards _____" filling in the blank with various derogatory words and terms, to send a message when it begins to trend.

    My wife has been trying to redeem her rewards points and microsoft is giving her a hard tiime on redeeming them. They "claim" she isn't doing the searches right. ****! I didn't know there was a wrong way to search. She tried doing this before her chemo thinking she could just redeem her points. Now she is starting chemo and she is real sick right now. I'm beginning to think I should just do Google and buy APPLE from now on.

    Now it's over an hour and desktop searches won't move past 40 pts. **** do they want? At least publish the rules on how and what and when searches count. Jerks.

    I search "Microsoft rewards is lousy" and change the derogatory word 45 times, and if we all do that, it will trend and send a message. Just no swear words, threats, or nasty business, clean, but message sent.

    Also now it seems you have to wait 5 seconds between searches, but after 4 searches I have to actually wait a few minutes before I can do another 4 searches. So I just keep an eye on the counter and make sure not to give them anything extra because that's what they want.
