    Not sure what happened, but the problem resolved itself. This happened using the bing browser. I reset my modem after I posted here. This all happened after the latest update. Reset modem and completely rebooted/restarted PC.

    I'm having this issue too when using Chrome. It's gone on for days. I can access the page on Edge.
