Are you actually going to sort this out????? Many people with the same issue yet its still happening and Microsoft doesn't seem to be doing anything about it despite knowing that there's a universal issue...........

I solved this myself by logging out of Bing Rewards, clearing my browser cache and cookies and then going to https://rewards.bing.com to log back in. All seems to be working now.
