Same issue, Microsoft start not showing rewards, if you search from the Microsoft start page, it bring up Microsoft Bing search engine and results. This page shows rewards but when you click on the rewards, this message comes up:

I contacted Microsoft through chat. They gave me a link to contact bing rewards customer support that gave me the same message. They told me to open an inprivate browser (you do this by clicking on the three ... at the top right of your browser) and when I did that, it let me get to the link they provided. I've sent them a message and it created a support ticket. I did find that by using the inprivate browser that I can get on my bing rewards dashboard. Hopefully, they'll get back to me, but I'm not holding my breath.
