I have the same issue when trying to log in to a Microsoft Event or Online Training from a link provided via Microsoft to my Microsoft Outlook inbox account. I am using Outlook 2024 desktop version on Windows 11.

I have been trying endlessly to log in to "Microsoft AI Skills Fest—50 Days of AI Learning," although I registered for the event a substantial time ago and received a confirmation email.

I am receiving daily reminders that it is in progress, even on my Outlook calendar.

No matter what I do, I cannot access it via the link provided in the email and get the same error every time.

If you get any response from Microsoft at all, it will likely be an email asking for more information. If you respond (or if you don't) you will never hear anything again from them on the subject. I've been waiting for over a year for a response on this issue --- which has gone away for me (for the moment) but which still seems to be causing problems for others from time to time. Just keep trying. In the meantime, try clearing cache and cookies and disabling any ad/malware blockers. It didn't help me but, like with a Fisher-Price car seat with a steering wheel, you may not accomplish anything but at least you feel like you're doing something.
