I don't know if I'm missing out on something because I'm level 2 and my daily total points has decreased from 210 to 195 due to the activities.

Happy New Year from Australia... and just like that, my points have gone back to 210 per day as of January 1st. Maybe a limit was applied at year's end for some reason? Anyway it appears to be back to the way it was.

Lasy year I ordered a few Walmart cards, They cancelled the orders and wasted my time with inapposite circular responses from different signers. After a few months, I gave up.
It is poorly managed.
Never give up.
I raise these 'fun moments' at local MS developer sessions, they hate it. But the number of other attendees who join in is like this thread. They end up having no choice but to respond.
My main hope is that an internal voice from M$ itself will have a chance of getting the rewards program working again. As it stands it is doing nothing for M$ nor xbox

I saved up points for a few years to buy a computer. Then they raised without warning the exchange from 91K to 95K for a $100 giftcard. So it took much longer than planned.
It is a customer service fiasco.
