Why has MicroSoft Rewards daily points gone down to 195 daily instead of 210?

I have used Bing from day one. When they limited my points and searches on Mobile, I STOPPED USING BING and Switched it to Google in protest and they try to woo me back by offering 500 points and I refuse so thats 2 years ago about, that I quit mobile use. NOW THEY ARE DOING THE SAME THING ON MY XBOX VIA EDGE so I ask them, are you limiting my searches again? Twice with no reply. So I'm done with Xbox. PS here I come and Google everywhere too. At least I wont be promised something and have it taken away. I helped build Microsoft. Been using their products before XBOX existed. Left PS for here and now they dont want me as a consumer. Goodbye to the automatic gift cards I would buy add ons with that cost Microsoft literally nothing because most of it was digital. You want to be creeps to your customers, you will learn that doing so will eventually be your downfall as a company. People who have been shunned by Microsoft as I have been, join me. BOYCOTT ALL MICROSOFT PRODUCTS. TIME TO LEARN LINUX TOO

That is the reason why I had to search and see if it was true for everyone that the reward points had been lowered yet again. I have been collecting for years and have seen an extreme loss in comparison to the beginning of rewards points. I used to buy items in the rewards store that were for gaming mainly and some things were from other companies than Microsoft. Those have all gone away. That disappointed me a lot because not everything Microsoft is the best even though it is good, and I realize MS should focus on rewarding us with their products and that is okay. Then as we are seeing rewards point have gone from 20 down to 2 as of my login today, over the years for the same quest. I have been just setting my rewards to be donated to a charity food pantry for a long time so this doesn't really affect me for rewards but cutting the around $20 or more depending on other reward points for game pass etc. down to $10 a month is a huge loss for the food pantry over the year and probably not to mention MS can write of the tax donations I would figure. Maybe after MS has collected all the data from what we answer questions to and do for these rewards points to have the AI know everything about us they will end the program all together. I don't remember the question but occasionally there is one that comes up on daily rewards that was asked way back in the beginning when people would do searches or something to complete and answer to get the reward and now because so many people just typed random numbers or letters the list of recommended answers to the search now is just several random numbers. If everyone only used the rewards system and daily challenges as MS wanted, we would all earn more points maybe, but because there are probably so many people that are using a bot to bank daily rewards and turn them into ie: Roblox cards and turn around and sell them for personal profit, that hurts all the honest people. I hope the smaller donations that my reward points give each month will still be able to feed 1 person at least 1 meal in the future :(

same here! In fact, I noticed that my points reduced even since this morning! Going to stop using their search engines and apps if that's how they want to "reward" us

My daily set was 10 x 3.
It was reduced to 5 x 3....so the total I can get each day has gone down from 180 to 165.

Interesting 3 people, 3 different amounts of points from each day. That being said I'm not fully sure if my 170 is accurate because for some reason when the day restarts I have 5 points without having done anything. So by doing the daily requirements I went from 185 to 170. Is that the case with you as well? You start each day with 5 points so you don't count it?
