Why has MicroSoft Rewards daily points gone down to 195 daily instead of 210?

I don't know if I'm missing out on something because I'm level 2 and my daily total points has decreased from 210 to 195 due to the activities.

    The whole rewards program is an embarrassment.

    The Xbox app on PC is dead, on Xbox itself it has zero content. Then the bing app on Xbox died, now just launching the browser.

    The rewards panel (under Xbox profile) is also a mess. The total often doesn't add up to the items, sometimes over, often under. No longer lodge support tickets as there is ZERO customer service.

    AWS use the rewards program as a serious joke against Microsoft - and it works, as many IT teams know first hand what a joke this is. It's basically negative PR.

    What do you recommend if you can't log in at all to access support? Fine yesterday, I stay logged in, but today it says too many attempts on my first attempt. Any chance someone is trying to hack me?

    Curious, after buying a computer, did Microsoft send you a 1099? Typically if you receive $600 or more it is triggered, especially under the Biden administration.

    Did you use Bing app in phone? For me It gone 210 to 195 At first, I didn't know that this app existed, so it was very slow.
