Why did the robux option disappear in Microsoft rewards?

I spent almost a year building up my points to get robux and now the option has disappeared! I am really sad about this.

    i dont know i think there a glitch i have a problem too i want to choose 100 robux and that option not available

    i have 14,000 points on my account and i have not been able to redeem the robux at all it keeps going to the same screen and never changes i go through and claim it but when it finally says confirm reward it just redoes the page i am in desperate of robux honestly its very annoying and i wish i could just spend the points

    To Automaticly Join the 400 Robux and Redeem It Edit: Depending on What Region YOu on will Works in US Theres Only 400 Robux Button
