It was there the day before yesterday and I had done till week 2 day 6 but when I opened the rewards section on day 7, it was missing. I have already tried clearing of cookies and terminating the app in the task manager but it is still not showing.

The puzzle disappeared for about 7 days. Strangely enough after I sent an inquiry to microsoft, the next morning the puzzle showed up but in black and white but still not working. A few days later it changed back to blue and now a few days later its still not working.

Sometimes the puzzle is in black and white and other times it's in color. Anyone know why?
I have also experienced the same issue, on top of points registering late for the daily searches. Unfortunately, Microsoft Support seems to not care, as their advice is very unhelpful, or they seem to not even be aware of the puzzle quest. The Microsoft Rewards program has suffered drastically in the last 2 years. I'm fearful that Microsoft plans to ditch/get rid of Microsoft Rewards all together.
Supposedly there is now a centralised ticket, was told this when I complained again and yet again it was a vague answer they otherwise gave.
Points registry is still not working properly, oddly chrome is now registering searches for the puzzle piece but isn't acctually issuing the points for it, Edge is still greyed out we will be back soon etc.
