I am not able to view my 1000 points puzzle.

It was there the day before yesterday and I had done till week 2 day 6 but when I opened the rewards section on day 7, it was missing. I have already tried clearing of cookies and terminating the app in the task manager but it is still not showing.

    I have contacted support, they do not care, offer no solutions or timelines, just replied back they are sorry that I'm unable to view the daily puzzle.

    Never once has the customer service group to me with something that didn't work properly on Microsoft rewards, including the free HBO trial, the Microsoft start app scan receipts for 250 points, and many other broken links and unfulfilled offers. If over 300 people are complaining about this puzzle on this thread alone, then likely 30,000 people are having the same issue and don't speak up

    My puzzle has returned with my progress but is inactive. Top of puzzle say's "We Will be back soon"

    It shows grey for me as well and none I cannot get my desktop points despite searching. Lots of issues in the last few days that need to be addressed.

    Change browser, it won't fix the puzzle but sorted the points not registering for me
