It was there the day before yesterday and I had done till week 2 day 6 but when I opened the rewards section on day 7, it was missing. I have already tried clearing of cookies and terminating the app in the task manager but it is still not showing.

Hello all, I reported on another thread, It's been gone for me about a week now, one person got the points balance from it after complaining multiple times, I have since made a complaint via rewards support and recieved a reply that claimed they were investigating along with aload of waffling saying only select people may have the feature (which we know is in correct).
I'm sorry to say it's not looking like this will be resolved anytime soon and they are reluctant to reply to anyone about it, while it is a free service it is still bad manners that they aren't atleast talking to people about it and if they wish to go down the path of making it harder to earn points it will only push people back to Google which in personal experiance is a far more reliable platform.
Exact same response to me as well after complaining to support. They are going to have to "thoroughly examine the details of my account" before they can get back to me! Quote, unquote! OMG, like I'm some lone case and I'm trying to pull a fast one. Yet here we are on page 6 of complaints. They even sent me an email promoting the puzzle piece event some weeks back and now they just don't know what's going on. Riiiiggghht. I spent weeks and weeks and weeks filling in those pieces and I believe I had only 2 pieces left to finish. Now granted, the 1000 points is only worth less than $1.00 for me because a $5.00 gift card is 5,250 but it's the principle!!! Don't start these things and then just just A) Pull the plug, B) Act like you have NO IDEA what's happening and C) Investigate ME??? You've got to kidding. Good luck everyone!
Thanks for the details...I note you get $5 for 5400 points (Some months ago I was getting £5 per 5400 points but now its only £5 for 7400 points). I guess its the exchange rate or inflation!
The lesson here is to claim the points regularly as I suspect the ratio between £$ to points is only going to get worse!
