I am not able to view my 1000 points puzzle.

I am so sorry to hear that you are having an issue with missing points on your Rewards account. Please double-check that you are currently logged in with the correct Microsoft account. If you verified that you are on the correct account but the points you've earned went missing, please send a ticket to Bing Rewards Support using this link: https://rewards.bing.com/support so they can check the points in your account and fix that for you.

I am pretty sure that Bing Rewards Support has tools and resources that can provide you with an accurate solution to help you fix your issues.

If you read the reply again and also note the other topic on the issue you'll see it has nothing to do with reward points or being logged in, etc. There was a feature with a "Daily Puzzle Streak" that had a tiny jigsaw puzzle setup. You do searches 3 times a day for 1 week and earn a jigsaw piece and 100pts. You fill in all 12 pieces and you get 1k pts. This puzzle is now missing and the links being provided for it are broken. I don't know about others but I had less than 2 weeks before I got my 1k points and now it's gone, just like I'm sure it was for everybody else. Before the page links became broken sometime on the 10th I could view it in the Bing app on mobile shortly after midnight early that same morning and there was mention that if a day was missed your progress is reset... It's been over 24hrs since it's been down and guessing everybody has lost their 10-11 weeks worth of progress towards that reward set now, if the feature even exists because as everybody is saying the links are broken and the feature has gone missing.

Yes, if you open up the rewards dashboard the daily puzzle streak has just disappeared.
