A program that grants points for using Bing search, which users can redeem for gift cards, sweepstakes entries, or charitable donations.
I have the same problem I almost got it at the last jigsaw piece.
I am not able to view my 1000 points puzzle.

It was there the day before yesterday and I had done till week 2 day 6 but when I opened the rewards section on day 7, it was missing. I have already tried clearing of cookies and terminating the app in the task manager but it is still not showing.

2023-11-27T06:50:37+00:00 The puzzle quest has been returned to my loading screen, but still unable to achieve as its greyed out and not playable, it appears to have kept the a record of how far I got

2023-11-26T23:05:55+00:00 The first iteration two weeks ago deposited my 1000 points immediately. Since then the Grand Prize Puzzle displays but is grayed out. My searches are not being credited. Regular Bing rewards works fine. Definitely a problem on MSFT’s end. No resolution from Bing Rewards.
