I am not able to view my 1000 points puzzle.

It was there the day before yesterday and I had done till week 2 day 6 but when I opened the rewards section on day 7, it was missing. I have already tried clearing of cookies and terminating the app in the task manager but it is still not showing.

    It's ok, it's just Microsoft. Buggy as always. Funny how the bugs NEVER work out in our favor...hmmmm.... most of us were probably only 3 puzzle pieces away...hmmmm...i'm not saying it's not bugs, i am saying it's not BUGS. If you know what i mean.

    I've had that 1000 point disappear, I had the 500 points for installing defender, and I've had daily runs disappear. Now Edge searches aren't adding. About to go back to Google <removed COC violation> No response to my support ticket or complaint emails

    This has happened before.

    The puzzle went away for many months and then popped up again about two months ago.

    I was able to complete it and earn 1000 points. Then, it started over again.

    I was able to complete a few days, maybe more, but the puzzle has disappeared from my dashboard.

    i'm having the same problem. I can't help. I recently contacted Microsoft because my puzzle wasn't working for a month or so. After a few days they solved it but yesterday dissapeared, just like you...

    I think that's a general problem on MS side. I have the same issue and hope they fix it fast.
