It was there the day before yesterday and I had done till week 2 day 6 but when I opened the rewards section on day 7, it was missing. I have already tried clearing of cookies and terminating the app in the task manager but it is still not showing.

Like everyone else, I don't have this series anymore. I was halfway through the puzzle and now it's all gone. I think it's something Microsoft wanted, not a bug... I find it really rude to do these things, you don't fool users in this way. If it's the problem that's due to those who cheat, it would be enough for Microsoft to give the possibility to take points only to those who have an Xbox account + a verified Microsoft account. and that it has at least more than a year of activity. Disappointed I await
I had the same problem so I raised a reuest with rewards support.
I got this nice reply this morning.
“We're always testing new ideas to try to improve your Microsoft Rewards experience. A portion of users may see a different set of features that will be optimized and eventually will be made available to everyone.
As a courtesy, we have added the missing 1000 points to your balance. We appreciated your engagement with our offers”
So MS can sometimes own up to mistakes.
It might be worth everybody trying it.
Same problem. Was almost done with the puzzle pieces, needed one more and poof it disappeared. Between this and the nerf to all the points makes me want to leave after nearly 20 years of using Microsoft/Xbox. Seems every decision hurts the loyal customer/user the most.
Lol so you just not gonna give us your source? Just gonna pop in and be vague, then never return like Microsoft does? They never give heads up lol. Now when it comes to something that benefits them. They shove it down our throats WEEKS in advance. If something goes wrong, they jump right on it and they inform us about it right away lol. Like how they're randomly nerfing all beneficial programs right now. Games with gold, the rewards app on xbox, they even nerfing game pass rewards right now. You used to get 50 points for getting a achievement in a game pass game. Now you only get 10 points.
