I am not able to view my 1000 points puzzle.

It was there the day before yesterday and I had done till week 2 day 6 but when I opened the rewards section on day 7, it was missing. I have already tried clearing of cookies and terminating the app in the task manager but it is still not showing.

    I have contacted support, they do not care, offer no solutions or timelines, just replied back they are sorry that I'm unable to view the daily puzzle.

    Never once has the customer service group to me with something that didn't work properly on Microsoft rewards, including the free HBO trial, the Microsoft start app scan receipts for 250 points, and many other broken links and unfulfilled offers. If over 300 people are complaining about this puzzle on this thread alone, then likely 30,000 people are having the same issue and don't speak up

    I can see it again now, but it's grayed out and says "We will be back soon." However it shows my progress still I think because I had 9 out of 12 puzzle pieces and those are darker than the 10th-12th pieces, so maybe it won't be as bad of a setback hopefully?

    UPDATE: I now am able to see the puzzle again (personally) but it is now greyed out and says "We Will Be Back Soon" so still not back but at least the graphic for it is there, hopefully if we keep on complaining they will bring it back because they have been nerfing and taking away points oppurtunities left and right so I really dont want to see this one go next or lose all progress on it
