I am not able to view my 1000 points puzzle.

It was there the day before yesterday and I had done till week 2 day 6 but when I opened the rewards section on day 7, it was missing. I have already tried clearing of cookies and terminating the app in the task manager but it is still not showing.

    Same problem here, gone couple days after earning 10 puzzle pieces. Today it appeared back but in gray shading, non functioning. Saying You're almost there. No way to accrue points. Shows will be back soon. On this thread bc my mobile reward points are accruing but my laptop pts in bing AND edge will not accumulate. Tried cleaning cache, cookies changing browsers. No work. Been at it all day. 72 pts shy of a reward is that the reason for te stall?

    Change browser, it won't fix the puzzle but sorted the points not registering for me

    It shows grey for me as well and none I cannot get my desktop points despite searching. Lots of issues in the last few days that need to be addressed.

    My puzzle has returned with my progress but is inactive. Top of puzzle say's "We Will be back soon"
