I am not able to view my 1000 points puzzle.

The puzzle disappeared for about 7 days. Strangely enough after I sent an inquiry to microsoft, the next morning the puzzle showed up but in black and white but still not working. A few days later it changed back to blue and now a few days later its still not working.

Yet another Copy and paste answer that doesn't address anything said Emmanuel, if it's this wide spread its obviously not a case people are not logged in and if we were not logged in how could we even see any of the points stuff being it does not show that but a banner encouraging people to sign up, yet a simple bing search will give a person a good reason not to within the first result.
As to 'resources' on the Bing side it's becoming more clear they do not given they aren't answering people or answering in an accusational way, the problem is not user end, it's whichever fool implemented a change that removed the puzzle function and then when back pedaled caused an issue with points registry along with not fixing the issue.

While I appreciate it's a free service nothing irritates me more support wise than vague or bad answers, I used to work on that side and stuff like this would be a trip to the Managers office for a good long chat.

Thanks, but I didn't question anything about my points. Missing points related to the puzzle was the topic from someone else's original post. Other people including me are posting issues related to the missing puzzle feature in Rewards. I said that the puzzle game was no longer there. Are you reading what people write???
