It was there the day before yesterday and I had done till week 2 day 6 but when I opened the rewards section on day 7, it was missing. I have already tried clearing of cookies and terminating the app in the task manager but it is still not showing.

Ok , the streak is up and running , but what about the two weeks lost not able to access this?, I should have got my bonus by now.
My puzzle is up and running again, not sure what changed. I wish there was updates given to us on what the problem was or if they were just waiting til December, I'm just happy it's all working on my end.

But I am only getting 20 points on the rewards quizes. When I start the quiz it is already at 10/30... Whats up with that?

Many times refreshing the browser screen works to get the Bing Rewards credit. This doesn't appear to make the Grand Prize Puzzle work. It only helps the Daily Set and extra point choices.
same issue, support is not even providing a reply. everyday my menu is different, or greyed out.
