Why is Microsoft Rewards limiting how much I can earn?

They say its because they want users to use the search engine more. You get 5 points for each search and limiting the number of other points on tasks. I just wish it would register all my work. I answer questions and it won't register that I did the activity.

It does not work even after that timeframe. I have received nearly 0 points throughout entire days of doing search after search after search. To add insult to injury, now it is telling me I am no longer eligible for cashback points which I also used to receive on a regular basis. Their services and resolutions have degraded drastically. For over a year I have never had this bad of service and had it continue to recur time and again. It is like they are shutting off everything and not allowing continual loyal customers to accomplish anything through their rewards program. At this point, I feel they should just discontinue it. It it no longer worth it to attempt to retain any type of points or cashback anymore.

I know your pain. I have just sent in yet another complaint on their cashback yet again. I have already given up on the point earning process. They really need to replace the staff who is making such "great" changes on their points and cashback rewards programs.
