Why is Microsoft Rewards limiting how much I can earn?

I've been doing microsoft rewards for around 2 years and I've gotten consistent points, but since last month Microsoft has been slowly degrading how many points I can get.

For example, they've been only giving 1 POINT now for each task I do instead of 10 points, basically no monthly punch cards, and they just deleted my edge search points.

Is this on purpose to limit how many points older accounts with more points can get?

(I dont want a "Thank you for your opinion, we are going to look into this issue" robot response please)

    I've been experiencing the same problem. On my Microsoft Rewards webpage, I've been receiving one or two points per task I do. At this point, I feel like it isn't even worth using Microsoft Rewards anymore if I will need to be doing it every day for OVER ONE THOUSAND days to redeem anything.

    I completely agree with you that Microsoft needs to address this problem.

    Two solutions come to my head:

    1st. Fix the points system and bring the amount back to the usual.

    2nd. Lower the amount of points it costs to redeem anything.

    I understand your frustration about the decrease in task points. You're not alone. It seems like Microsoft has globally adjusted the points system, affecting users worldwide. I also observed a drop in daily points for searching from 110 last week to 90 today.

    Also, the Daily Streaks feature on Bing Rewards is temporarily disabled to address bugs affecting some users. Currently, the only option is to wait for the Microsoft Bing Rewards team to resolve the issue with the Daily Streaks.

    While there hasn't been an official announcement, it might be a decision made by Bing Rewards. I recommend sharing your feedback directly with the Bing Rewards team: https://rewards.bing.com/support

    They should be able to address your concerns and provide more insights.
