Why is Microsoft Rewards limiting how much I can earn?

I've been doing microsoft rewards for around 2 years and I've gotten consistent points, but since last month Microsoft has been slowly degrading how many points I can get.

For example, they've been only giving 1 POINT now for each task I do instead of 10 points, basically no monthly punch cards, and they just deleted my edge search points.

Is this on purpose to limit how many points older accounts with more points can get?

(I dont want a "Thank you for your opinion, we are going to look into this issue" robot response please)

I understand what you mean. Now I think their cashback program is practically nonexistent. I used to keep receipts for their 1 cent per scan. Then they started holding off on and sometimes not giving them. Now I do not even see where they allow you to scan in receipts anymore.

Bing takes so long to earn anything of significance that I’ve been a member of other earning sites for 20 years. I actually travel free with other reward sites. Bing or Microsoft — I’ll use their site only to pass time.
