My account got suspended and I'm not sure why. My wife and I both have our own Microsoft rewards account, so maybe they think I'm doing multiple account?
I tried to create a ticket at https://rewards.bing.com/support, but all the fields are gray out, and the top just say "Your Microsoft Rewards account isn't following the rules you agreed to when you joined the program."

Don't even bother trying. They've done this to two of my accounts now (which exist without ever overlapping) without me ever having done anything remotely violating the terms. Microsoft Rewards support is **** and the advice here is comparable to a band-aid for terminal cancer.
To be honest I've given up on the program. I was fortunate enough to have used most of my reward points already so there's that. I think the amount you can earn nowadays is also much lower which makes everything a lot less interesting. So I won't be using it again, not with this kind of customer service. Just not worth any more time.
I am in the same boat. My account was suspended. I have filled in various support forms asking what happened. They never reply. I assume their policy is to simply ignore queries about suspensions.

Same thing happened to me. For several years, I completed the Daily Set and searched on IE (now Edge). Each and every day, the Rewards page urged me to conduct other searches on the Bing app, the Xbox app, and with the Rewards app on Xbox. So I started doing just that... and within two weeks, my account was suspended in late 2023. No policies violated.
Searching the MS Community, I came across a post and reply that directed the user to submit a support request. So I started doing that, beginning late November. Never received a reply, and beginning mid-December, I started submitting a new support request every other day, through yesterday (Jan 9). Today, all fields on the support page are grayed out.
In addition to the text AlexL101 quoted from the message at the top of the support page, there's a link and invitation to view the MS Services agreement governing the program. But what's the f'king point? If MS won't review the support requests, why would I waste time reviewing this document?
The Rewards program is a colossal joke.
